To Our Clients During Covid-19
I am writing on behalf of all the advisors and staff of Clearview Financial Partners to communicate the actions we are taking in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. After the tragedies of 9/11, we developed a business continuity plan so that we were prepared to operate our business and service our clients in the event we are unable to function from our corporate offices in Radnor. Reasons for this would include a natural disaster, building fire, terrorist attack and, in this case, the Corona Virus. Each year we test this plan for its effectiveness and we constantly update the plan to take advantage of new technology that can improve the functionality of the plan.
We understand that during this time of market volatility, we need to continue our work and you, as our client, still need to transact business. We also want to keep open the line of communication, so that you can discuss concerns you may have and opportunities you may want to explore.
While our advisors and support staff will periodically be in our offices, we have decided to limit the time spent in the office together and allow our staff the ability to work from home. Most importantly to limit their time in common areas of our large building. Fortunately, with our plan in place and the technological capabilities available to us, our advisors and staff can complete everything from their home computers, that they can accomplish in the office. Our office phones will be forwarded to our cell phones so that you can reach us at anytime by dialing the office number, as you would any other time. I personally plan to visit the office each day to collect mail, deposit checks and sign all paperwork that cannot be completed electronically.
Please do not hesitate to call your advisor or our support staff, Kathy and Sosi. This message is not meant to deter you from your normal course of business with your accounts. In fact, it is the exact opposite. We want to assure you that Clearview Financial Partners has had plans in place for years to combat situations like this one and we will continue to operate at the same level you have come to expect.
For everyone’s safety, we will be limiting our client meetings to web conferences which are simple for us to set up with you and allows us to share our presentation remotely on your computer screen. During this period of time, if you call us and you do not reach your advisor or support person please leave a message. It is not that we are not working, it is most likely that we are on the other line and will return your call later that day. Also, feel free to email us if you would like to schedule a specific time to speak with anyone. We will notify everyone once we are fully operational at our offices in Radnor.
